For many years since she finished her studies at the Folkwangschule in Essen, Erika Winkler is active professionally as a dancer. The experience includes the free scene Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stadttheater of Aachen, Schauspielhaus Dusseldorf, projects internationally with famous choerographers, up to her six years of constant employment with the Company RAZ in Tilburg (Netherlands) with Hans Tuerlings. Her qualified dance techniqhe with strong stage presence has developed up to the theatrical area, the use from language and developement of characters. The repertoire is diversified from the ballerina up to the armed macho, persuasive representation with big precision.
2006 she danced in "Stück 2307.5" of Barbara Fuchs in Cologne. In April 2007 she worked in Dusseldorf on the generation project „ Unsere Tage wie Schatten“ with Lukas Mathaei and Ingo Reulecke in the „Forum freies Theater“in Düsseldorf, and in May 07 within the scope of the festivals „Tanz NRW“ . In Novembe 08 tour to Moscow , and later on she performed in the piece "Rauschen" of Barbara Fuchs, invited to the festival „Tanz NRW 2009“. At January 2010 she was dancer and choreographer at an Improvisationproject for the opening of „Ruhr 2010“ as European Capital of Culture at the „Zeche Zollverein“
